Summer Woodland Celebration at the Smithy

As part of a whole days fun pack and educational activities, come along to theLochcarron Hall, The Smithy & The Treehouse on 27th July.  Food and fun for all the family. All events free except the ‘Marvellous Minibeasts’.

11- 3 The regular Kirkton woodlands and Heritage Group Market day in Lochcarron village Hall with delicious homebaked lunch menu. after this you could head along to;

11 – 5 Crafts display in one of the new crafts buildings, many local artists and makers. Spinning demonstration.

11- 5 Storytelling

Willow Weaving workshop.

Marvellous Minibeasts Time: 1.00-3.30 pm.
Bugs, beetles, millipedes, nymphs and moths – come along to discover who’s hiding in the undergrowth, trees and the river of the Smithy Community Woodland near Lochcarron. Suitable for all the family.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Bring wellies and midge repellent. Meet at Smithy car park. To book,
